Great story! I just laughed and laughed till tears came to my eyes. I love the way you've done Vamp Willow's writing style; it was so "her". I loved the way she had the Slayers being so timid and so ineffectual in dispatching Kakistos. And the red popsicle: loved it!

Hmm... Interesting point of view there. I can honestly say that I really enjoyed this fic. I admire your talents as a writer. Also, the boldness you use when writing. Some of the things you write - just unbelievable. An amazing fic.

It really, really makes my day (and that¹s so not meant to be a cliché, a la Vamp Will¹s Bogart.) In Veracity I loved how you captured the way infatuation/love makes us do zany things, things we would never dream that we¹d do or be, for example Willow a vampire, mind you -- rendered pretty well impotent when first laying eyes on Tara (but then again who wouldn¹t be, for goodness sake. *sigh*). Your characterisation of Willow watching, from afar, Faith Œstealing¹ Tara away was just so heartbreaking. I thought it was brilliant how you compared Vamp Willow¹s distress to the keening of an (wounded) animal something that Tara would naturally be predisposed to caring for. (Did you strategize this or did it just happen?) It really pulled on my heartstrings. And Faith, bless her, just stumbles on, kicking puppy-Willow, completely unaware that she was paving the way for Will right to Tara¹s heart. Only you can bring such poignancy to fluff! I¹m not a hardy-har-har laugh-out-loud kind of person, but I have to tell you, when the Slayer picked up one of Willow¹s books to read, or pretended to read and Willow mused that she was pretty sure the Slayer was illiterate that absolutely made me guffaw out loud. Which is just so uncharacteristic of me. And that¹s what I really love about your writing. While you give us lots of detail which forms insight into the setting and characters, your writing is always so controlled and spot-on tight. And when you slip something in like giving voice to Willow¹s flippancy, it works so beautifully because you don¹t flub that chance with superfluous narrative, or description, or whatever. There probably a literary term for what I¹m trying to tell you. Suffice to say, love your narrative, love your dialogue, love your plot, love your trusty but always a chapter behind Faith, love your gorgeous trusting and wise Tara, love your vulnerable and playful Vamp Will. And Dark Buff, well, she just makes me shiver. I don¹t like her. But I¹m drawn to her and I don¹t want to be. I really don¹t want to be. But she fascinates me. So, gosh darn you! Giggle. Wonderful, I wanted to stake Faith when she pretended to be Willow. Is there any chance you might consider writing some more? I love the way you write Tara/Willow, before reading your "Master Willow" and Zahir's "Never the Twain" I wasn't a Tara/Willow fan. So thank you for converting me.
