ACTION GIRL COMICS #12 -1st GO-GO GANG appearance CHECK OUT a story
excerpt! |
Elizabeth Note: Ooo, evil girls! At least that's how these girls started out as--too smart, too selfish, too ready to flaunt their superiority! The Go-Go Gang (who I named after the girl group, the Go-Gos), were gleeful Queens of Amorality. They guest star here as villains in a bigger tale about expensive girl products and the woeful realities of being a feminine market. Their giant robot, Metallia, debuts in this story and she's a darn cute robot if I don't say so myself. :D

ACTION GIRL COMICS #16 -2nd GO-GO GANG appearance CHECK OUT a story

Elizabeth Note: I had busted my hands by the time I had written this script, :(, but Sarah came to the rescue and recommended Eela Lavin (otherwise known as the real Christine Norrie) to take up pencil and ink brush and bring the story to life. Thank you, Christine!! Check it out, she did a really nice job with the race and the girls are very cute too. | |

ACTION GIRL COMICS #17 -2nd GO-GO GANG appearance,
continued CHECK OUT a story
excerpt! |
Elizabeth Note: This story, 'Go-Go Girl Racer', was my attempt to take the girls out of their cardboard evil natures from the debut and show them as the very human characters they could be, despite their misused gifted abilities and smarts. I always thought of Susannah as a vulnerable--and secretly good hearted--character, and I think that comes out in this story. |

A story script I've been sitting on for ages, which takes the Gang to Japan to help 'battle' the sudden appearance of a beloved giant super monster and 2 of its nemeses. It's a very quick paced, 'gah!! giant monster!!' girls-adventure story, and intended as a full length mini-series. Written while I had hand injuries, I tried working with two other artists on the story, but I never allowed the project farther than some rough pencils, unfortunately. |
